How long do my meals last? 

Meals last up to 7 days refrigerated from the date of production. 

Where do I go to pickup my meals? 

To pick up your meals, first be sure that you have received a confirmation email that your meals are ready and the address to our kitchen is 7901 N Armenia Ave. 

When is the weekly order deadline?

The last day to order meals for the week is Thursday, any orders placed after Thursday will be prepared the following week. 

What do I do if I can't pickup my meals? 

Reach out to us ASAP to reschedule your pickup. We understand that life can get in the way of things, so we make it very easy. Just click here to reschedule.

How do I cancel my Subscription? 

To cancel your Subscription, log in to your account (top right person icon), click "Manage Subscription" or "Subscription management" (top right of your screen), click "Edit", and "Cancel Subscription" on the Subscription you would like to cancel. Or, head over to our Contact Us page so we can further assist you. Note: Orders made after the cutoff date cannot be changed. 

I don't know how many meals I need, do you have a calculator?

Yes, we built a calculator just for that, you can find it at the bottom of this page

What happens if I miss my delivery? 

If you miss your delivery or need to reschedule, we will either reach out to you or you can reach out to us by clicking this link. 

How do I make changes to my order? 

Note: The last day to make changes to your order is Thursday. If you have created an account, log in to your account (top right person icon), click "Orders" (top left of your screen), and select the order you'd like to make changes to. Or, head over to our Contact Us page so we can further assist you ASAP.
