By accessing and placing an order with The Meal Prep Cuisine, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all customers using our website and services.

1. Orders & Weekly Cutoff

All orders must be placed by Thursday at 12:00 PM for the following week.

  • Orders placed after the cutoff will be scheduled for the next available week
  • Menu items rotate weekly and are subject to availability

2. Subscriptions

By subscribing, you agree to recurring weekly orders.

  • Subscribers receive:
    • 8% off all orders
    • 15% off the first order
  • Orders are automatically processed each week before the cutoff

You may:

  • Skip a week
  • Pause your subscription
  • Cancel anytime before the weekly cutoff

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely at checkout.

  • Orders must be paid in full before preparation
  • Failed payments may result in order cancellation

4. Delivery & Pickup

We offer both delivery and local pickup.

Delivery:
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary
  • Customers will receive updates via SMS/email
  • Someone should be available to receive the order
Pickup:
  • Pickup windows will be provided after ordering
  • Orders not picked up during the scheduled time may not be guaranteed

5. Food Safety & Responsibility

All meals are prepared fresh and require proper storage.

  • Customers are responsible for:
    • Refrigerating meals upon receipt
    • Following the reheating instructions

We are not responsible for:

  • Improper storage after delivery/pickup
  • Allergic reactions may occur if the ingredients are not reviewed

6. Allergies & Dietary Needs

While we offer a variety of meal options:

  • Meals may be prepared in facilities that handle common allergens
  • Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients before ordering

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the perishable nature of our products:

  • All sales are final once meals are prepared
  • Refunds are only issued if:
    • There is a verified issue with the order
    • The issue is reported within 24 hours of receipt

8. Menu Changes

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify menu items
  • Substitute ingredients if necessary

All substitutions will be of equal quality and value.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Meal Prep Cuisine is not liable for:

  • Delays due to unforeseen circumstances
  • Customer misuse or improper storage of meals
